Most people file an application to register a trademark/servicemark for goods and/or services on the Principal Register.  There are three options for filing an initial Principal Register application through TEAS.  The TEAS Nuts and Bolts videos will help you decide which application is right for you and explain how to fill them out.

TEAS Plus Form:
The filing fee is $225 per class of goods/services.  You must meet the TEAS Plus filing requirements, file certain other submissions electronically, and authorize email communication.

TEAS Reduced Fee (TEAS RF) Form: The filing fee is $275 per class of goods/services.  You must meet the minimum filing requirements, file certain other submissions electronically, and authorize email communication.  Our TEAS RF FAQs outline the requirements.

TEAS Regular Form: The filing fee is $325 per class of goods/services.  You must include the name of the applicant, a name and address for correspondence, a clear drawing of the mark, a listing of the goods/services, and a filing fee for at least one class of goods/services.
